Hi,
I have several non tilt block and tackle window balances to replace. The stamp on the former,(now broken)parts is 3390 BSI 35. The window is 35 inches. The window has two balances and weighs approximately 40 pounds.
What size non tilt block and tackle balance should I order?

Hi, Margaret. That information, unfortunately, doesn't identify your channel balance. See if you see your balance among our selection of half-inch-wide channel balances. Then, you can measure the metal bar to choose a length (maybe 34") and choose the "option" that corresponds to the weight of your sash.
