non-tilt double hang window spiral balance

Hello,
I am looking to replace a couple of spiral balance for a couple of windows in my home. It is a non- tilt double hang window, it is 30"long and 3/8" in diameter. However the spital we had take down has no color indicator in the front, and the window is non-tilt window, do you think you can help me with that? Thank you very much.
