non tilt sash balance

Question

I have this stamp on it 2950-38 and the length is 30" from end to end and has no shoe and top accessories.` Would you be able to suggest a replacement.

Thanks for reaching out! Did both of the of the balances from the window have missing top and bottom attachments?

I would recommend double checking this because it is rare for a non-tilt balance to be without attachments.

May I see a photo of the original balance?
