Thanks for reaching out to us. The balance shown here looks like it'd be either the Series 380 or Series 385 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below to determine the best match.

You will also have to weigh the window sash to determine the proper strength option for your replacements. There's a chart under the product description on the S380 and S385 store page that can be used as a reference.
