non tilt window balance

I HAVE A 22 INCH BALANCE MARKED( 21 2 FP CALDWELL) I BELIEVE IT MAY BE A S351-22 OR MAYBE A S800-22, BUT U TELL ME. PLEASE HELP!

The best way for us to help you determine the correct balance Series would be to see photos of your balance attachments. Since you already gave us the balance stamp, images of the attachments should suffice.

THIS IS 22 INCHES AT THE METAL END TO END, DO U CARRY IT?

It appears you will need the S390-22 (2120) as a replacement.
