Aloha,

I am looking for a balance for a non tilt window, hoping you have it.

Balance measures

21 5/8'' metal end to metal ends.

Plastic head to plastic head measures 23''

and width is 1/2''

stamped 21 5

Please let me know if you have it.

Hi, Kapa.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. This part is called an extended travel channel balance which features a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 21-5/8". We can certainly help but this will need to be a custom order due to these features.
