non tilt window balance

15.4 lbs window. 43cm x 1.3cm measured metal end to end and width of channel on the side with serial marking. 86 16-5 cmc 1

One of the side balances for the window broke at the string and hook connection on the bottom.
It also appears that the wings on the plastic ends for the broken one were sheared off at some point.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The channel balances you have will need to be a custom assembly given the 86 in the stamp and the hook that connects the spring and pulley system at the center of the balance.

I noticed that the bottom shoes from each of your balances has a slightly different shape and that one of the top attachments does not have wings. Are these balances from the same window?

Please confirm the measurement for the depth of each of the bottom shoes. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.
