non-tilt window balancer replacement

Looking to replace a broken balancer. The stampings on the channel are "32 3" and also "BSL" with a small "08" below it. Channel is 9/16" wide and 32 5/8 long (metal portion, not including shoes). Attached a picture of the broken bottom and unbroken top shoes.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to its configuration. However I need a bit more information before we can move forward.
To start, can you tell me the weight of the sash, down to the ounce?
Can you also show me a clearer photo of the metal hook at the end of the cord? It's obscured in your photo but is an essential detail.
Lastly, how many of these did you need to purchase?
