non tilt window balances

Hello there!

This looks like you have have either our S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom shoe, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to determine which one you'll need. 

Have you ever had any trouble with opening or closing your window? I ask because your stamp indicates it can support a sash weighing 19 to 26 lbs. Your 26D stamp wouldn't be strong enough if your sash is 30 pounds. You may want to triple check the weight to confirm. If it's indeed 30 pounds, you can go with either the 2650 stamp option or 2660 stamp option. The 2650 option will support a sash weighing 26 to 30 lbs and the 2660 option supports a sash weighing 30 to 33 lbs. The decision is ultimately yours.
