I replace window balances. I need 21" long, and the windows I fix, are heavy aluminum widows, so I need a heave spring. Not sure if Black or red is for heavier windows. You can tell me. The pictures you have in this site, are the ones I use. I need pricing, and I'm ready to place an order.
