non tilt window channel blance and top sash guide

Question

I need to identify a non tilt window channel balance guide . the steel is stamped "2730z" the steel part is 28inches long and 9/16 wide . I had a hard time identifying the plastic pieces at the end.
the second piece is the sash guide I am almost sure it is Product Code: 18-009. pictures are attached for the rest of the measurement.

Thanks for posting. The channel balance looks a lot like our S390-28, based on your dimensions. I also agree that the 18-009 looks like a close match.
