3020 non-tilt window parts for my 1981 window

A home owner from west palm beach, fl says:
Non-Tilt window
only markings on the channel balance are 3020
width 1/2"
approx 31" long
home built in 1981
Also the top of the window plastic piece is broken (see pic - where window balance has pushed thru);

Hello! Your part looks similar to our S377-31 channel balance. This comes with a 19-018 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.

As for the top broken piece, it could be our 18-042. This is the top sash guide designed to go with the S377-31. I recommend removing it from the window to confirm.
