non tilting channel balance replacement

please help confirm the channel balance replacement I need is the 30" series 385 channel balance S385_30 option 2970. attached are photos of my channel balance. it is 30" long supporting a 41 lbs window (29D marking) with 1 1/8" deep shoe. please also confirm the S385_30 option 2970 is fully assembled. thank you.

Hello! If the information you provided is accurate, then you do need the S385-30 with a 2970 option. The product comes fully assembled.
