non tilting window, 1/2" wide balance

Question

Hello, I am in need of assistance to determine which window balance is needed.  I tried to take photos of the balance at a similar angle to what is on your website.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either the S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2630.
