Trying to replace a damaged part off of a 2001 Norco window. Lower hardware is labeled 076-n-306, BUT we need the upper arm, which is much smaller. Any ideas? Thanks

Unfortunately, that number doesn't correspond to anything we carry. We'll need a clear photo of the part in question, preferably out of the window. We need to see as much of it without obstruction as we can, basically. Dimensions would also help.

Thanks! This looks like a casement window hinge. This exact part probably isn't made anymore, but you can probably use our 36-048 as a substitute as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
