not cranking, trying to identify the exact part

Hello, i am trying to order a replacement for this old window crank..
it only cranks outward, not inward. not sure if it is repairable? if not, can you pls let me know the exact replace part number on your side? i can place an order..thanks

Hello there. Yes, when a casement operator can only move outward but not inward, it means the gears are breaking down and the mechanism should be replaced. I think you have an older version of the 39-217, but please compare to confirm. For a new handle and cover, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
