Thank you for your patience during this busy season. This is an old awning window operator. We may have a match, but these are hard to get a hold of these days. I'm going to need clearer photos before we can make suggestion.

To start, please take a photo that shows all screw holes in one shot. I need to get a better idea of the pattern.

I also need you to remove the operator entirely and show me a clear shot of the link arm. Partial removal won't be sufficient; you have to take the whole thing out. That's the only way to properly check to see if there's still a match on the market.
