not sure which balance is right

Question

However I have 4 windows all the same. I took apart two window's, one had 2630 and the other 2640 . I also do not inderstand the lenght. According to some vedios the lenght of the balncer should be below the top enjection clip. These are 3" above the clip The lenght of the metal is 27? They seem to match the height of the window but I am very concered because all 4 windows have the bancer's out of place and  two for two had one tab broken off on one side . Attached are photos . I also attached the manufactures  tag of the window . Hope you can help

I'd recommend starting by reviewing the S385-27 channel balance. Make sure to confirm that your bottom fitting measures 1-3/32" deep as shown below since we are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos. The length of these balances would generally correspond to the height of the visible glass in the window sash plus 1", which appears to be the case for your window.
