The above photos are from a NUAIR window. Home was constructed in 2006. The length of the balancer Metal to metal not including plastic tips is 30 inches.
I looked on line. I see you have balancers in stock. I could not locate the same number stamping on your site as i have on my balancer
Can you recommend which i should order that is compatible with mine?
Your assistance is greatly appreciated

Thanks for reaching out! Your NUAIR balance appears to be either the S380-30 with a 1" shoe or the S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.
You'll need to select the 2950 stamp.
