Thanks for writing in! Your casement window operator very closely resembles the 39-220B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator should work well as a suitable replacement. You'll need the 39-221B if you're looking to replace the opposite handed version.

To replace the casement hinge, you can use the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. Just be sure to double check and compare the dimensions to confirm. This hinge can be used for top and bottom of the window on either the right or left side.

Keep in mind, you may need to drill new installation holes if the measurements are not an exact match.
