nylon clip on a Milgard vinyl double hung window that connects with the channel balance.

I have new channel balancers marked 26 4 ax cmc 11 for a double hung Milgard window, but the nylon clip attached to the window is broken so it can't engage the new channel balance. Is that nylon clip that attaches to the window available?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what nylon clip you're referring to. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need to see photos of the part in question removed from the window.
