old Louisiana Pacific double hung windows pivot pin

Question

These 2 pictures of the broken pivot pin in my old (1998)  Louisiana Pacific double hung windows, I am going to repair the small amount of rotted wood with a Minwax wood filler. I have about 5 windows to repair.
