I have an old metal frame window with a broken crankshaft on the window operator. The pictures are attached. Would like to identify and buy a new window operator.

Hey there, thanks for posting. You weren't kidding, this really is an older type of steel casement window. I don't think your exact operator has been made for many years, but take a look at our 39-001 and 39-002. These may be worth considering. Review their specs and see what you think.
