old roller-how to remove

these rollers are a pain to remove. please tell how and are the rollers still available. do i hav to remove the bottom part of the aluminium frame?

We may have these, but we do need to see the whole thing out before we can recommend a match. See the video below, this shows how we remove this kind of hardware. Let me know if it doesn't work out, though, and we can try to figure it out.
