old school full extension drawer slides

Can someone please help identify this component from our drawers from approximately 2003/2004? It appears to somehow combines the two drawer slides (that are attached to the drawer and cabinet) to make them full extension. One of the rollers has fallen off and I'm trying to replace it. The attached image is from the drawer above that is not broken.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we aren't familiar with the drawer slide extension shown here. Unfortunately, we don't sell anything like it. Your best bet would be to contact the original maker or supplier of the cabinet, whoever they might be.
