old sliding doors-wish to replace handles (and locks i guess)

hello- i moved into a home built in 1960s-think doors are orginal but not sure. would like to change handles to more modern look. I can't find any identifying marks on doors so no idea who makes them. The handle styles are 2 different styles and very old and worn looking. Any thoughts on what I can do?

Good question. Let's have you take a look at both our 82-016 handle set and our 82-063 lock set. See if either of these matches up to your current parts.
