old style pivot shoe replacements for atrium windows (2003)

This looks very similar to our 15-210, in terms of design. The dimensions are similar, but ours is 1-1/4" wide, not 1-5/16". Could you still get ours to work? If not, could you show us a photo of an undamaged version of this pivot shoe? That may help us find a good match.
