Need top and bottom inside track tension pieces. Certain teed. metal coil has the number 408 on it. Need 2 sets of top and bottom plastic pieces and metal coil tension please.

We offer the 15-192 pivot shoe for Certainteed, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. This is not an exact match for your part and uses a different style cam, so we would like to see photos of your pivot bar removed from the sash to confirm if it would be compatible with our shoe. Also, keep in mind that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb. Thank you.
