older vinyl window double hung/tilt pivot shoe and related parts

A home owner from Ohio says:
Good day,
we have purchased a house that has a large number of older vinyl windows. In general they seem to be OK, but many have stuck or unsupported sashes.

The pictures show a pivot shoe that consists of two components. The longer piece is broken off at the top. The round piece turns inside the longerpart and can be taken out at a certain position.

We hope this gives you a enough of an idea to help us identify the part and recommend a replacement or alternative.

Thank You
