Thanks for writing in! Your Andersen casement operators remind me of the 39-147 Andersen Window Crank. The link arm appears to be connected to the window using the 39-161 Right Bottom Rail Bracket. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, take a look over the dimensions below.

The opposite handed version for the operator and bracket are the 39-146 and 39-160, respectively.

Your operators appear to use the 39-286 Casement Window Handle and the 39-298 Tee Type Crank Handle.
