Hello! Looks like you have a special configuration channel balance. We can supply this, but only as a custom order since it's not a stock part.

Before we go any further, can you kindly tell me how many you needed? Can you also tell me what the number printed on the bottom plastic fitting reads? It should be a three or four digit number right on the bottom end of the piece. Lastly, what is the length of the metal channel by itself?
