I assume that the above window crank can be replaced with part 39-226.

That number is sometimes associated with the 39-226, but you should go over the pictures and dimensions we show on the 39-226 store page to confirm. That's the only way to be sure.

I received the 39-226 and it does fit and works fine as a replacement window crank.
I was able to compare the measurements between the two window cranks. Thanks for supplying the measurements on your webpage.
