open without a key?

A home owner says:
will this knock the door from inside? Suppose I don't want the kid to go out by himself accidentally. basically, can this be knocked in both sides?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

The 82-086 can only be locked from the inside by throwing the inside lever you see in its product photos. Assuming your kid knows how to flip a switch, they won't have any issues unlocking the door.

Unfortunately, we do not sell handles that have key locks on both the inside and outside. You would need to contact a locksmith for that.
