A the end (top of the picture) the black plastic part is mising makingb it harder to slide in the rail!

Hey there!

Start by taking a look at the 36-048 hinge set. The base is 10" and we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

This is the correct part. Is ther a left or right?

Great! The 36-048 is non-handed and will work for either a left or right-handed casement window.
