Hi. the part that help the handle to turn is not working. When I opened it up and looked inside, I realized that a flat piece is no longer attached that helps the cranking to take place. There is no connection to the round grooved part that looks like a wheel. I hope this is clear enough.

I'm not sure what you mean, exactly. Do you need to replace the whole operator? If so, see our 39-147 for a possible match.
