I'm not sure what to recommend. We will need to see the rest of the operator, not just the arm and handle. Can you show us a clear picture of the complete operator unit?
A quick learner from USA says:
I sent you a picture of the arm and a broken handle. This is the operator in place. Do I need to take it out in order for you to know what I need to replace this ?

Thank you for your time and expertise.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm not sure if we will be able to replace this. The only operators that come to mind are our 39-385 and 39-386, but yours is very very old and I'm not sure how well these will install in your window, if at all. I am sorry we cannot offer a better replacement.
