operator assistance

Question

I have a window without any operator. On the remaining hardware, it is printed "Ashland 7D698P".

I believe you could have either our 39-089 or 39-187, but not I'm completely sure. The only way to know is to see the original operator. Do you have an identical window elsewhere in the house that might still have its operator? If not, could you remove the sash bracket and show us a clearer picture of it? Also see if the operator cut out is 4-3/8" or close to it. Finally, check to see if the mounting holes are 5" on center.
