I see that you purchased our 39-107 operator cover, which would have been my #1 suggestion. I'm shocked to hear that it didn't work for you. Can you explain why? Can you also remove the original cover from the operator and show me a clear picture of the exposed base? If there is a better option, that will help me determine what it might be.

At this stage, though, the 39-107 is looking like your best--and only--option. We need to address why it failed before we can continue.

I'm afraid I don't see any major differences between your operator cover and our 39-107. If there is a disqualifying feature, I cannot make it out.

Either way, I can say with confidence that the 39-107 is the closest option we have. We don't have an alternative that I think would work on your window.
