operator disc doesn't fit

Question

I bought the Swisco 39-021 for my casement window.
But the disc at the end of the arm won't fit into the track on my window. Do you have one that will fit my window, and my track?

I'm not sure. I don't know what size disc your track accommodates. Could you give me the exact size of the disc in your old operator? Could you also show me a picture of your old operator and the 39-021 side by side? That will help us in our search.
