operator for a 70 year old wooden window

A quick learner from USA says:
This is a operator for a 70 year old wooden window. It's 7 inches long? although would still work if somewhat longer. The window has hinges at the top so opens from the bottom
As you can see, the mounting and window
are at 90 degree angle.
Have anything that would work?

I'm afraid I haven't been able to find anything like this arm. I don't think this is something that we can supply. The best option in our inventory is probably going to be the 39-268, but there is no guarantee that this will work due to the obvious differences.

I'm sorry that we can't offer you a better option.
