operator for a Peachtree Ariel C2472

Hello. I purchased this casement in 1992 and it appears that now the worm gear + crank handle interface is broken. The crank goes round and round but no longer engages the worm gear to open/close the window. I can open and close the window only by pushing + pulling it. Do you carry this operator, either alone or integrated with the drag link + hinge parts? I saw that you carry the replacement driftwood crank handle and would purchase one of those. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to see if we can help with this. I couldn't cross reference the given information, however. Can you show us a photo of the window open so that the operator's arms are fully visible?

Thanks Emily. I searched your product list and couldn't find the Peachtree operator, and apparently it was the same for you. So, unless the person who compiled the listing erred, it seems like you don't carry this operator. Nonetheless, I've uploaded a photo. The longest arm is 8 3/8", the second longest is 6 1/2", and the shortest one is 3" into the gear/crank assembly.

Thank you kindly for the additional photo. I'm afraid you're correct. Unfortunately, this operator is not a product that we're able to supply anymore. Peachtree parts are very hard to get a hold of these days. I sincerely apologize that we can't be of help with this repair.
