Attached is a picture of our operator. Would like to replace but need assistance.

Begin by taking a look at the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators. They could possibly work with your application.

Supplies arrived and it took my brother and I about 30 minutes to install!!!! It is perfect.

However, I did make a mistake in ordering 39-114L Long Crank. the spline diameter is smaller on the handles I received. These cranks are on Anderson Windows not on Nuprime. We are thinking we need the 39-286, but not sure.
Will attach images!!!

Is it possible for my husband to drop by and switch the cranks at your distribution center. He travels that area often!!

Can you give us the diameter of the gear bore on your handle?

You'll notice the gear bore on the 39-286 measures 3/8" in diameter.

I didn't mention that the crank on the right is our existing crank-3/8. The crank on the left is what I ordered, and will need to exchange. Thanks!
