operator shaft & cover

Question

Hello,

Need help with a replacement operator shaft & operator cover for a hinged casement window. Did not attempt to open the window in case I would not be able to close it. My client believes this is an Andersen window like from the early 80's. Please see attached photos.

Hi there, Hector.

Your Andersen operator looks like our 39-094 & 39-095 or 39-150 & 39-151. Look over the dimensions and compare them with your old assembly to determine the best match.
