Has a smaller sliding track opening. Already have gotten the one like the #39=520 and the slider opening is to large.

I've sent photos. I hope you can help me.

Hey, Janice. Can you tell me exactly how large that opening is? That would help us find a potential match. Please be as precise as possible.

Can you also show me the operator that interacts with this track?

The operators black shoe is small and slides into the smaller track opening. When my installer tried to put it in the black shoe had nothing to catch on. This was for a customer of ours and I believe it was one of the first Anderson casements made in the day??

Hi Janice. While this description helps, I'd still like to know how large that opening to accept the shoe is. From there, we'd be able to better identify a replacement. Be as precise as possible, and we'll do our best to identify the right replacement. Many thanks.
