option for replacement sash balance

Question

replacing sash balance & am not sure what option I should choose. Codes on old balance are 27, 4,
BSI or 1 & 0 or O P

For a stamp like 27 4, I recommend our 2740 option. You can always weigh your sash to confirm that this is correct.
