Please explain "options" shown on the channel balance pages.

What do the stamp options on the balance mean?

The "options" shown on the channel balance pages are stamp options. The stamps often found on your channel balances denote the amount of window sash weight the balance can support.
When deciding on a stamp option, the first step will be to check your original balance for any kind of number or letter stamp.
If your balance does not have a stamp, remove the window sash from the frame and weigh the sash. Report the sash weight to us (in pounds) and we'll be able to help you decide on an option.

hi the mark on the original ballast is 27F what ever that means. your help would be greatly appreciated
