The "options" shown on the channel balance pages are stamp options. The stamps often found on your channel balances denote the amount of window sash weight the balance can support.

When deciding on a stamp option, the first step will be to check your original balance for any kind of number or letter stamp.

If your balance does not have a stamp, remove the window sash from the frame and weigh the sash. Report the sash weight to us (in pounds) and we'll be able to help you decide on an option.

Thanks for posting. Do you have the S795-27? If so, then your option would also be 27F, as shown on the S795-27 page.
