Need different part than ordered

Hi, I had placed an order for a round end pivot bar, and this one is too fat for the window. I noticed the one I purchased from you has a stamp of the number 6, while the one I am replacing has a stamp of the number 2. Can you please tell me which item I need? thank you.

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry that our 26-398 didn't work well for you. I see the difference though, and it certainly is significant once they're side-by-side.

I'm actually working on another possible replacement that you may be interested in. I'll post here again as soon as I have more information for you!

Ok, so I purchased a set, got it and the length seems right, the holes line up but the center screw holes are way too small for the screw that goes in from the bottom, through the pivot and into the window frame. I never heard back about my first return so now that one is past the 30 days. If this keeps up it's going to be cheaper just to buy a new window :/

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble, but fortunately the solution is simple. You should be able to drill out the holes a little bit to accommodate the screws. Give it a shot and let me know.
