Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your pivot shoe fully removed from the window, as well as confirm the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory. It would also help to see the coil springs that anchor to the shoe. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the manufacturer sticker does not give us any new information. We would need to see the pivot shoe fully removed from the window, including dimensions, to narrow down your replacement options.
