order parts for the Simonton window

I think I need to order parts for the Simonton window. The existing coil has a stamp of 10JS. It is 1/2" wide. There is only one coil. What Pivot Shoe, Coil Support, coil do I need? Do I need a pivot bar? What about the screws?
