original drawer glides supports from 1992 townhouse (NV Homes?)

Question

Any idea what to replace these with? the glide support fits into a slot and then that fits into a support using 2 plugs and the support is screwed into the wood from the side.

Looks like you have the old Merillat socket. It's not made anymore but you can use our 32-119 as a replacement.
